Executive Administrative Assistant
Description
What You’ll do:
- Proactively manage complex, fast-paced executive calendars and schedules
- Coordinate meetings, calls, video conferences with seamless logistics and follow-up
- Prepare and submit executive expense reports accurately and timely
- Draft, edit, and handle professional and confidential correspondence
- Partner with Travel to arrange detailed and complex travel itineraries and agendas
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for executive and cross-functional initiatives
- Conduct research and maintain organized physical and electronic records
- Coordinate legal document execution, tracking, and submission
- Support planning and execution of off-site meetings and conferences
- Attend meetings as needed to provide administrative and logistical support

- A person who enjoys interacting with others and likes to build relationships
- A skilled problem solver and self-starter; able to work independently and with a team
- Someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who manages their time well
- Associates degree or 3 to 5 years of administrative assistant experience, which includes support for special projects and confidential work
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Poised, articulate, and consistently project a positive, professional image in all dealings and interactions with internal and external customers
- Ability to use good judgment and discretion daily as well as when presented with confidential information
- Excellent organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills
- International experience and global understanding

Pay Range: The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour.
